·        Oklahoma gun laws do not give the permit on possessing of any type of weapon or other types of dangerous weapons to people who are less than eighteen years of age. They can however keep a rifle or a shotgun, which is used in hunting, education or sports. If any firearm is found from a person who is under 18years, by the Oklahoma gun law enforcement, the firearms are confiscated. The person can also be arrested or detained subject to forfeiture.

·        Possessing a loaded firearm for a felon is illegal. A felon does not have the right to possess any type of firearm or carry it in any vehicle.

·        Under the Department of Corrections supervision, one cannot possess or control any type of firearm or carry it in his/her vehicle. The Oklahoma gun laws do not permit to keep a firearm at ones residence too.

·        Unauthorized people do not have the right to possess firearms on any vehicle or school property. The Oklahoma gun laws permits the possession for hunting, sport and education purpose. Firearms can be legally carried in vehicles if that vehicle has to transport a student from his home to school and is not a part of the school property.

·        It is illegal to carry any type of loaded firearms in vehicles while travelling.
